Author Guidelines

ICoSDIA 2026 is accepting submissions following the topics of Statistical Learning and Data Analytics, Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, and Natural Language Processing and Large Language Modeling. All submissions will be handled through the EDAS submission system (https://edas.info/N34659).


Template and Formatting

  • Authors can submit their work in the form of a complete paper.
  • The paper should be submitted in English, checked for grammar, spelling, and similarity index, and address one or several areas of the topic in the conference.
  • The use of generative artificial intelligence (Generative AI) in the article should be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any paper submitted to an IEEE publication.
  • Authors should refer to https://conferences.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/author-ethics/guidelines-and-policies/submission-policies/ for complete guidance on submission policies for IEEE Conferences.
  • Only original papers should be submitted to the conference.
  • Authors should make sure their submissions do not overlap with published work elsewhere. Authors should avoid excessive self-citations and co-authorship.
  • Prospective authors are invited to submit complete source papers of maximum six pages (including figures, tables, and references in LaTeX or doc/docx format) according to the IEEE conference template standards which can be found in the following link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
  • Please submit your paper via https://edas.info/N34659. New users must register with EDAS before submitting a paper.

 

Page Limit and Fees

  • Papers are limited to 4-6 pages, including references, figures, and tables
  • Additional pages beyond the 6th page (up to page 8) will be charged at 50 USD (IDR 500,000) per page
  • We will reject submissions exceeding 8 pages



No Show Policy

Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on No-Show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors OR their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference. Papers with no-show participants who do not provide a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. The no-show authors may claim NO REFUND of the paid fees.

Reviewers Guidelines

We appreciate your willingness to dedicate your time to review for ICoSDIA 2026. The reviewers are required to follow the review criteria and information on the IEEE website https://journals.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/submit-your-article-for-peer-review/become-an-ieee-reviewer to ensure the papers are within the scope and required quality of IEEE publication.

The reviewers will evaluate submissions based on several key criteria

  1. Relevance to the conference
  2. Contribution to academic debate, assessing the originality and significance of the research
  3. Structure of the paper, evaluating logical flow, organization, and clarity
  4. Standard of English, reviewing grammar, readability, and coherence
  5. Appropriateness of the research/study method, examining the suitability and rigor of the methodology used
  6. Relevance and clarity of drawings, graphs, and tables, ensuring that visual elements effectively support the research
  7. Appropriateness of the abstract as a description of the paper, verifying its accuracy in summarizing the content
  8. Use and number of keywords/key phrases, ensuring they appropriately reflect the study’s focus
  9. Discussion and conclusions, evaluating the depth of analysis and validity of the findings
  10. Reference list, adequacy and correct citation to maintain academic integrity
